TempoLock BPM ("the app") is developed by BeatsMove LLC. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is used.

The app uses the device microphone to analyze the tempo of music playing nearby. Audio is processed entirely on your device in real time. No audio is ever recorded, stored, or transmitted off your device.

We collect no personal data. The app stores the following information locally on your device only:

• Tempo log entries (BPM readings and timestamps)
• Setlists and song tempos you create
• App preferences and settings

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to any server, shared with any third party, or used for analytics of any kind.

The app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

All app data is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time by deleting the app.

The app does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
